Saida Désilets, Ph.D. is the Founder of The Désilets Method and the author of The Emergence of the Sensual Woman. She is sought out world-wide for her expertise in the field of conscious sexual energy cultivation. She brings an innovative approach to the ancient wisdom of Taoist energy cultivation practices in a fun, simple, and practical method.

Saida, through facilitating thousands of people globally, discovered that sexual energy is one of the most misunderstood and misused, yet abundant and creative resources available to everyone. Her Jade Goddess (for women), along with her partner Sol's Alchemy of Man (for men), and their Alchemy of Passion (for couples & conscious singles) programs provides Saida with the opportunity to offer full-spectrum, high quality education in field of conscious sexuality. All of the programs provide an up-to-date model designed to empower and awaken a person's true essence while supporting them to easily integrate this wisdom into their daily life.

Saida currently lives in Maui, Hawaii, with her partner Sol, where she is continuously exploring and deepening her own embodiment of what she teaches. Along with her book, she has also released a CD Jade Goddess/Jade Egg Practices and a DVD Tao of Ener’chi. Saida also loves to read, write poetry, dance, attend interesting seminars, and is a dedicated practitioner of Qi Gong and meditation practices.
